Many resources are available to help students succeed.

Among them:

MBA Academic Advisor
Kim-Vân T. Beers is the Associate Director for Academic Services for the Full-time MBA program, dedicated solely to helping MBA students. Kim is the advisor for all MBA students, offering guidance on academic, career, and personal issues. She provides guidance and helps solve curriculum questions and scheduling issues. She provides direction and helps solve curriculum questions and scheduling issues.

Team Advisors
Because the Broad MBA Program requires a high level of cooperative teamwork, each MBA team has a team advisor. The team advisors are available during the first year and meet with their assigned teams regularly throughout the first semester.

Student Mentor Program
The MBA Association coordinates an active student-mentoring program where second-year MBAs act as mentors for first-year MBA students. Mentors help the students in their transition to life on campus and the demands of the Broad MBA Program.

Multicultural Business Programs
Headed by an Assistant Dean for Multicultural Business Programs, the MBP promotes The Broad School 's goal of enhancing the diversity of the college as well as for providing a welcoming atmosphere for students of all ethnic backgrounds.
